Shipping policy
Dispatch from a US fulfilment centre within 1 to 2 business days, tracking returned as it is generated, and clear terms on duties, addresses and claims.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Where goods ship from
Orders are dispatched from a fulfilment centre in the United States. Fulfilment runs from that facility; its address is provided on request to customers and to payment providers conducting onboarding checks, and is not published on this website.
Production orders that ship directly from our manufacturing partners may also be dispatched from Asia. The dispatch origin is stated on each quotation.
2. Handling time
In-stock goods are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of the order being released. Orders received after 12:00 local time at the fulfilment centre, at weekends or on public holidays are treated as received the next business day.
3. Transit times
The table below is indicative. Carrier performance varies by destination, season and service level, and the service level confirmed on the quotation governs.
United States, standard domestic: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. United States, expedited: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Canada: 5 to 10 business days. International from Asia, air freight: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. International from Asia, sea freight: 25 to 45 days after dispatch, depending on port and route.
4. Tracking
A tracking reference is provided for every parcel as soon as the carrier generates it. Tracking is returned to the seller, or to the buyer where we sell directly. Where a parcel shows no movement for 7 business days, tell us and we will raise a carrier trace.
5. Duties, taxes and import charges
Unless the quotation states that duties and taxes are included (delivered duty paid), the customer is responsible for any import duty, tax, customs clearance charge or brokerage fee levied at the destination. Refused parcels that are returned to us may incur return freight and a restocking charge.
6. Delivery addresses
Please check the delivery address before the order is released. Address corrections after dispatch may incur a carrier fee. We do not deliver to addresses that the carrier lists as restricted, and we may decline to ship to destinations subject to trade sanctions or export controls.
7. Risk and title
Risk passes in accordance with the delivery terms stated on the quotation. Title passes when the goods have been paid for in full.
8. Damaged or missing parcels
Report damage or a missing parcel within 14 days of the delivery date, or of the expected delivery date for a parcel that never arrived. Include photographs of the packaging and the contents where the damage is visible.
9. Split shipments
Where an order is split across more than one parcel or dispatch, each parcel is tracked separately and the fulfilment report lists them individually.
10. Questions
Shipping questions can be sent to wamsoft_group@126.com, or raised through the contact form.
