A Hong Kong supplier built around the US fulfilment route

Wamsoft Group Limited is a comprehensive product supplier registered in Hong Kong. Our business registration covers import and export trade, wholesale and retail, and our day-to-day work is narrower than that: we supply accessories, wool and cashmere textiles, bags and household textiles, and we fulfil orders for customers selling into the United States.

The company was set up around a problem that is easy to describe and tedious to solve. Goods manufactured in Asia are cheap to produce and expensive to deliver one parcel at a time. A seller who ships from Asia to an American customer pays for international postage on every order and waits one to three weeks for delivery. We consolidate production, verify it, clear it into a US fulfilment centre, and dispatch individual orders from inside the country. The landed cost falls and the delivery window becomes a domestic one.

We work both as a supplier and as a fulfilment partner, and most customers use both. A brand owner places a production order with us, we hold the goods in the United States, and we then ship to their customers as orders arrive. Documents follow the goods at every stage: a commercial invoice, a packing list, carrier tracking and a fulfilment report that closes the batch.

We are deliberately conservative about what we claim. We do not publish client names without permission, we do not describe a trademark as registered unless it is, and we do not market categories that our trademark coverage does not reach. That restraint is not modesty; it is what makes our paperwork survive an audit.
