Brands we serve

Brands we supply and fulfil for

Wamsoft Group Limited supplies and fulfils the goods for the brands listed below. The trademarks are owned by their proprietor, and sales authorisation for each brand is held by the store operator appointed for it. Wamsoft Group Limited does not own these trademarks and does not grant brand rights to anyone.

Ownership and authorisation

Who owns the marks, and who holds the sales authorisation

Each trademark is owned by its proprietor. Sales authorisation for a brand is held by the store operator appointed for it. We supply and fulfil the goods for those programmes.

Our role

Supplier and fulfilment partner, not brand owner

What we do

We supply the goods for these brands: we source or manufacture them, inspect them, hold them in a US fulfilment centre and dispatch them to consumers on behalf of the authorised seller.

What we do not do

We do not own the trademarks, we do not hold the sales authorisation, we do not grant brand rights to anyone, and we do not police or enforce the marks. Those rights sit with the proprietor and its appointed store operator.

Why we publish this

Because the supplier named on a commercial invoice is not always the brand owner. Setting out the relationship in the open removes the question before a reviewer has to ask it.

Authorisation and limits

Authorisation, and where coverage stops

A trademark covers the goods listed in its application. Outside that list, goods are sold on an unbranded or customer-branded basis.

  • Scarves, shawls and head coverings (class 25) are supplied under the brand where the class 25 filing covers them: this is the sales authorisation currently in force.
  • Household textiles including woollen blankets (class 24) are covered by the class 24 filing, but that authorisation is still being documented. Until it is in place, class 24 goods are supplied unbranded or under the customer's own brand.
  • Bags and general consumer goods are supplied unbranded or under the customer's own brand. No portfolio trademark covers them.
  • Knitted apparel tops and cashmere sweaters are supplied unbranded or under the customer's own brand only.

Discuss a brand supply programme

Tell us the brand, the category and the volumes. If the category falls outside the filings, we will say so before quoting.
