Sourcing
Yarn, fabric and hardware are specified and sampled. Fibre composition is agreed in writing before bulk production.
Production
Bulk runs against the approved sample, with in-line checks at the agreed milestones.
Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection with laboratory composition testing, measurement and colour checks, and photographic records.
Shipment
Consolidation, export documentation and freight by sea or air to the destination you nominate.

Sample templates are available on request through the contact page. The invoice and packing list are issued under your seller identity.
Packing list
Carton-level detail: carton count, dimensions, net and gross weight, and contents per carton, matching the invoice line for line.
Fulfilment report
Generated when a batch closes: orders fulfilled, tracking references, exceptions and returns processed.
