Receipt and grading
Returns arriving at the fulfilment centre are checked against the original order, graded and photographed.
Capability
Your goods sit in a US fulfilment centre. When an order arrives, we pick, pack and hand it to the carrier under your seller identity, then return the tracking and close the batch with a report.
Dispatch flow
Orders arrive from your storefront or as a file. Each order is matched to the SKU and the seller identity it belongs to.
The item is picked, checked and packed to the agreed packing standard, with your inserts and packaging where specified.
The parcel is handed to the carrier and the tracking reference is returned to you as it is generated.
Delivery is confirmed against carrier data, exceptions are investigated and a fulfilment report closes the batch.

Returns
The customer-facing returns policy belongs to your store. We handle the physical leg and report what happened.
Returns arriving at the fulfilment centre are checked against the original order, graded and photographed.
Resalable goods return to stock with the grade recorded. Non-resalable goods are quarantined and reported rather than quietly discarded.
Every return appears in the fulfilment report with its outcome, so that your own returns policy can be applied on real data.
